As soon as your design is in, it goes to the studio. Count on three to five working days before it is ready, plus a day for delivery. In the busy weeks before the holidays that runs up; the product page then shows the lead time that applies at that moment.
As soon as the parcel is collected you get an email with a tracking code. You can also look up your order yourself with your order number and the email address you ordered with.

Order on a working day before 15:00 and your order goes to the carrier the same day. After that it is the next working day.
