If your design did not turn out the way you pictured it, we adjust it at no extra cost. That solves more than a return does: you keep the piece you wanted, and we put it right.

Personalised work included

The statutory 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to products made specially for you. The satisfaction guarantee does. With personalised work there is nobody else to pass it on to, so that is where it starts.

How to report it

Use the return form to tell us what is wrong and we will get in touch about a suitable solution. If your order falls under the guarantee, we will send you a return label where one is needed.
