How returning works
You have fourteen days to change your mind, counted from the day your order is delivered. Within that time you let us know you want to send it back. You can use the form below, or any message that says so clearly.
After you have told us, you have another fourteen days to send the order back. Return it unused and in the condition you received it. If more has been done with it than needed to look at it, we may deduct the loss in value.
The cost of sending it back is yours. If your order falls under our satisfaction guarantee, we send you a return label.
You get your money back within fourteen days, to the account you paid with. We may wait with that until your return has reached us.
