EngelsFrequently asked questions
Below are the questions we get most, from delivery times to returns. If your question is not there, get in touch with us.
Ordering and delivery
Paying, shipping and tracking
With iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Which ones appear depends on the country you order from.
Delivery time to follow. You get a message once your piece goes to press, and a tracking link once it is on its way.
Return terms to follow. Because every piece is made for you alone, different rules apply than for an item from stock. If something is wrong with what we made, get in touch.
Making and materials
What your piece is made of
Ceramic from the kiln, acrylic from the sheet, and poster from the fine art printer. Which ones are available for your piece is shown while designing.
No. Every piece is made after you design it. The print file is only created at the moment it goes to press, to the millimetre of the size you chose.
Designing
How you put your piece together
As long as your order has not gone to press, you can reopen your design through the link in your order email.
Not in the shop, but in the designer. You start with the piece you like and only then choose how large it becomes and what it is printed on.
Yes, and that is the whole point. You fill in what goes on it — a song, an address, a photo — and you see the piece at true proportions right next to you. What you type is what is there.
